男子黃建智於前年12月間因愛慕一名陳姓按摩女，告白求愛11次遭拒絕，竟憤而持預藏的藍波刀狠刺對方50刀，造成陳女當場慘死。黃嫌犯案後坦承犯行，不料又翻供稱檢警偵訊時「耳朵出現幻聽」，所以才認罪。高院法官審理後，考量被告賠償100萬元，判處無期徒刑，最高法院10日駁回上訴，全案無期定讞。

判決指出，黃建智於民國102年底結識陳女，對她心生愛慕展開追求，但告白求愛10次都遭拒，手機也被設為拒接來電；不料，黃男心有不甘，竟於前年12月2日下午，當面向女方提出交往請求，並要求她勿再從事按摩工作，遭婉拒後拿出預藏藍波刀，朝她猛刺40多刀，造成陳女肋骨斷裂，心、肺等器官破損大量出血慘死。

犯案後，黃男起先坦承犯行，但到了審理期間卻一度翻供，稱在檢警偵訊時耳朵出現幻聽，指「你不要講實話，不然會很慘，你就說你一開始就想殺陳女」，自己才承認犯案；不過，高等法院根據其精神鑑定報告，認為被告精神病史，也無長期使用毒品或酒精跡象，因此其辯詞審洵屬卸責之虛詞，委無可採。

高等法院審酌，黃男預藏刀械在身，已屬預謀犯案，但其殺人後主動打電話報警，且留在原地等候警方到場，且犯後配合檢警調查，態度尚可，加上被告願意賠償100萬元，已和受害者家屬達成和解，因此判處無期徒刑。全案上訴後，最高院10日維持高院判決，判處黃嫌無期徒刑定讞。
